These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and guidelines for accessing and enjoying Blackwood Social's restaurant and Card Lounge. By dining with us or participating in our social poker events, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By entering Blackwood Social, booking a table, or joining any poker activity, you accept all terms outlined here, and agree to comply with all venue policies and local laws.
3. Reservations & Dining Policies
Table reservations are subject to availability and may require advance booking. We request you arrive on time; parties delayed by more than 15 minutes may forfeit their reservation.
4. Card Lounge Access
Access to the Card Lounge and poker tables is exclusive to guests aged 18 and over. Management reserves the right to limit access based on capacity or at its discretion.
5. Responsible Enjoyment
We promote responsible consumption of food, wine, and cocktails. Management may refuse service if behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive to other guests.
6. Poker Participation & Etiquette
All poker activities at Blackwood Social are strictly offline, face-to-face events designed for social enjoyment. Guests must follow standard table etiquette and respect the decisions of staff facilitators.
7. Private Events & Group Bookings
Bookings for private dining or poker-themed gatherings are subject to availability and may require a deposit. Event arrangements must comply with restaurant policies.
8. Conduct & Respect
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other visitors. Harassment, offensive language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated; violators may be asked to leave the premises.
9. Safety & Security
For the safety of all patrons, CCTV operates throughout the venue. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest; Blackwood Social is not liable for lost or stolen items.
10. Liability
Blackwood Social takes all reasonable care to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, but accepts no liability for injuries or damages incurred as a result of guest actions or unforeseeable events.
